HBT Digital Consulting Featured in the Washington Post

Off

The Google antitrust case isn’t going away anytime soon. Yes, the presidential election is dominating the news right now, but HBT Digital is celebrating in their own unique way.

Why, you ask?

Because we were just featured in the Washington Post, and Fox Business, as an AP story was picked up and shared across the web!

First, thank you to Joyce Rosenberg, AP writer, for giving us the opportunity to make a statement!

Second, Google is not evil. According to RJ, managing principal, he says, “Google will let you get a free email address. You can have a YouTube account, post videos, gather a following, and make money. You can showcase your business to the world with Google My Business and with Google Ads. Don’t break up Google!”

From the Washington Post:

“R.J. Huebert, who buys Google ads on behalf of the law firms, manufacturers and a credit union that are his clients, also sees prices going up because of the competition among advertisers, but the owner of HBT Digital Consulting says, “I think it’s the cost of doing business.”

Huebert, whose company is based in Pittsburgh, sees Google as an important tool for small businesses because of its reach. And when people begin a search on Google, they’re already interested in a product or service; they have what’s known as high intent, a high likelihood that they’re going to make a purchase. And they’re more likely to buy than someone who happens on an ad as they scroll through Facebook.”
